That was the best approach to the handstand line that I have ever seen! You have every important part covered and with simple exercises that you can really do anywhere with almost no equipment! M doing weight training... and flexibility exercises.. how do I start calisthenics
@Rykiniafan15 жыл бұрын
@@yoman6256 the way i started was with a full body routine of basic exercises push ups, body weight squats, lunges etc. same workout 3 times a week might be too easy for u since ur working out already so just check out progressions. so maybe diamond push ups, pistol squats etc. takes a bit of digging but the info is on the internet. saturnomovement, fitnessfaqs, calisthenicmovement, athleanx are all great sources for research. and watch some calisthenics motivational videos to figure out what skills u find the coolest. for me that were muscle ups, tiger bend push ups and the classic l-sit into v-sit so from there u can check out regressions to start working towards those skills. for me that were wall handstands, floor l-sits (toes on the floor into 1 foot lifted into l-sit holds), australian rows into pull ups and frog stands i usually do skill practice on core and leg days. so tldr: start with a body weight routine to build basics look up calisthenics skills that interest u and exercises that build towards them and then use the correct regression for ur current skill level and increase the reps/progressions naturally. hope this helps :)

This is nice! Moreover, the thorax exercise looks pretty helpful on martial arts! Sometimes sparrying is difficult because of suffocating overloaded strength punches (these are not ideal but it happens from time to time), but it's helpful on the recovery from them. Nice video!
