I actually thought you were gonna use the word 'depression' to define those people, but 'languishing' makes so much more sense! In my daily life I practice a few of these techniques without even realising it, for example playing a sport for an hour or two really puts you in a state of flow, and it always always helps me out emotionally and mentally. Thank you for identifying these points, now i shall be even more mindful of my emotions in the moment and deliberate in seeking solitude! Love your videos and pragmatic approach to mental health! You definitely are a blessing to us all

Thank you! Keen eyes 👍🏽 Its actually a real scene but we had issues with dynamic range (in HLG 3) so my husband had to apply a mask. It was too much work to fix the edges.
