Watching this video will undoubtedly cause someone to consume more calories and develop more health problems. My argument is that making sudden changes to our eating habits might be harmful. സർ പറയുന്നത് പൂർണമായും ശരിയല്ല... ഞാൻ പഴം മാത്രം കഴിച്ചു 43 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് 13 കിലോ കുറച്ചു.. ടെസ്സിങ്കിൽ ഷുഗർ 92 ൽ നിന്നും 73ഉം.. യൂറിക് ആസിഡ് 9.5 ൽ നിന്നും 5.2 ആയി കുറയുകയും ചെയ്തു.

പയറും കടലയും മധുരക്കിഴങ്ങും( classified as medium carbs)ചേമ്പും ഒക്കെ ഒരേ രീതിയിൽ ആണോ bloodsugar കൂട്ടുക? ഞാൻ glucometer വച്ചു ടെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ പയറും കടലയും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ വളരെ വലിയ രീതിയിൽ ചേമ്പും ചേനയും മധുരക്കിഴങ്ങും ചക്കയും ഒക്കെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതായിട്ടാണ് തോന്നിയിട്ടുള്ളത്..

ഞാൻ രണ്ട് വർഷം ആയി കാർന്നിവോർ diet ആണ്. എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒട്ടുമിക്ക ഇഷ്യൂസ് മാറി. ശാരീരികമായി ഇത്രേം ബെറ്റർ സ്റ്റേജിൽ ഇതിനു മുന്നേ എനിക്ക് ഫീൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല.

@@sethumadhavanak2539 i dont shit much because i dont have much to shit. But i do shit, not so often as I used to. My gut is perfectly ok. No digestive issues. I dont need to do exercise yet I do look like those who go to gym. Less fat in the body. Recently tested my blood. My cholestrol is very high. Uric acid is on the border of high range. Everything else is normal and organs are fine.
