In this video, Tim demonstrates the difference between rolling with a narrow base and rolling with a wide base. This is fantastic for the hips and spine. And really, it nourishes the whole body. Give this a try and let us know what you think.

Tim, I guess I need to get on the floor and roll more. Thanks for the lesson. I am in gym next week and I think for at least one of the days, I am going to put mats on the floor and we are going to spend 45 minutes rocking and rolling. I will let you know how it's goes.
