Well, the last time I tried using a veg ground beef was when I was feeling full-on Minnesotan during a -34°C week in 2019 and made Tator Tot Hot Dish. The texture really got me. So I’d probably try yours first, Liv.

Definitely Spicy dill for me. The hamburger helper.. you need to actually sauté the ground before adding spices so that it browns & forms some good flavor. Otherwise it never develops & it tastes bland, underwhelming & even kinda raw. Tips from a Prof. Vegan Chef 🔥

I was raised by a single mom and hamburger helper was a regular occurrence for us back then. I vote Greg since it brings back nostalgia! They both look so good and I plan on trying both though
