Where are you guys going to pile this new snow fall. It seems even more is on the way. Hoping your equipment makes it through to the end of this winter snow season without more breakdowns. That huge bus should not be allowed to park in the post office plowed parking lot. They are taking up valuable space that you guys can't clear of snow. They should be given a big parking ticket and towed away.' Every plowed parking space in mammoth lakes is costly and valuable. It costs lots of time, gas, machine time and money to keep parking spaces clear and clean. More snow is comming. Keeping everything plowed and clean is very hard on equipment. Looking at the upcoming weather Mammoth lakes is getting a lot more snow for another 7 to 10 days.

3:34 Our NWS forecasters in Portland seem a bit suspicious of where this atmospheric river is going to set up. Models are pointing to the Klamath Mtns and Siskiyous taking the brunt of this AR coming in, which would put y'all on the warm side of the jet streak. If that were the case you'd get hammered _again._ But our guys in Portland are concerned that models aren't taking everything into account and seem to think that the AR will center over northern Oregon and southern WA. If that was the case WE would be the ones dealing with a snow-on-rain event and loads of flooding, but that would also be far enough north where y'all might not feel the effects much at all. I'm keeping track of this over the next few days and will let you know whether there's a consensus on where this AR is going to set up. It's coming, that's for certain; just don't know precisely where it's aimed yet.

@@Sonoma_Coast I just checked the NWS Portland forecast discussion and they're indicating models beyond three days are all over the place, no consensus on where this AR sets up. They're leaning on the Canadian model for the moment, which has the first AR making landfall around the CA/OR border.
