Bryan sold his company for $800 million and instead of blowing his money on stupid stuff like hookers and bling and acting foolish, he's actually using it to explore the boundaries of anti-aging techniques. This is what really makes trashy people mad. They project themselves into thinking what they would do with $800 million and it's stupid, foolish things. 11:36, this part right here hit home! My folks got divorced when I was around 8, and my mom and grandma spoke very poorly of my father, and me being a naive child I just accepted what I was told as true. Fast forward 20 years later, I am now ostracized from my mom and sister, I now see a lot of the shade thrown at my father was unwarranted and untrue because they say the same bad things about me. I had to apologize to my father for letting them turn me against him. As they say, if you want to understand someone, walk a mile in their shoes.

Bryan, a few years ago I left the same high-demand religion that you left. The love that was expressed between you, your father, and your son after sharing plasma reminds me of the affection that is usually shared after a baptism or other ordinance of the church. Bryan is literally living my dream life, I’m also very much into optimization of health. Since i discovered him a few months ago I made some changes to sleep and nutrition timing & finally decided to quit smoking. It’s been the most dramatic positive change i couldn’t even imagine. Hey Bryan, could you talk about stress and how to achieve emotional stability? Most of the self destructive behaviours are connected to the fact that we are emotionally volatile, different trauma responses etc. Emotional eating for example is a much bigger thing than people realise. In fact all addictions are a weak attempt to soothe our nervous system. I believe in the near future this will be a huge thing to focus on if we want to function as a healthy society.

This man Bryan struggled with eating disorder and binge eating/emotional eating himself. His solution was just to stop thinking/feeling and live in a box/systematically doing things without thinking or feeling. Strict schedule, strict diet, no ifs ands or buts. He continues his eating disorder but it changed from binge eating to orthorexia. It's not healthy yet he promotes it as ultimate freedom. But what he fails to realize is freedom is actually death of our physical body that requires constant maintenance

I think science is far from almighty in our civilization. However, I don't see him as someone who doesn't think or feel. Also, he might have a strict schedule to avoid thinking about food for example but that has advantages too, he can focus that freed up energy on something else. I don't believe food freedom is to just live according to your addictions either. Which approx. 90% of people do. Who aren't considered 'orthorexic' but 'normal'. I find this journey so fascinating. One minute I feel true awe at what Bryan is doing and another minute I just do not know how sustainable this is. However, this video was extremely moving, science aside. The three of them bonding by this unspoken love was really a beautiful thing to share. I am looking forward to seeing the data. Intermittent fasting is cheap. Let your body regenerate! Dr. Berg or Dr. Ekberg channels are great. There is no need for all the over engineering… unless you are totally disconnected from your body! I am 52 and feel healthier than in my 20’s and 30’s being in IF for 2 years. Good luck

I think all new things I learned can be summed up in about 5 sentences. Question in the title isn't addressed at all... Where is that "a lot of education"?
