Keep it going! Doing your daily Cardio and watching your diet are some of the rare things in life that are completely free - you just have to develop your discipline skills to accomplish your goals. And the results, well that's where the fun comes into play. It's great to have Sam help us along our own fitness journeys.

I used to get a bit frustrated when my mom would cook me meals ( but i was very greatful, and i made sure she knew it) and say it would throw off my macros. But I came across a quote that I can't remember by who but "Enjoy it while you can, shes not always gonna be around to cook for you" and that flipped a switch in my head. And I have done as sam explained, yes it's a chore to search for the macros, but trust... it's so worth it. Love you mom❤

I've been lifting for over 15 years, never tracked my nutrition and as a result of that my bulking phases were always a dirty bulk, which made my shredding a real pain to do. After watching one of your grocery haul videos where you explained the benefits of tracking your nutrition, how easy it really is, how your relationship with food will become responsible and you'll look at food in a much more mature way, I've been all in and I'm loving it!. Now that I understand nutrition, looking back, I wasn't getting anywhere near the adequate macros for real growth and again looking back at my shredding phases I wasn't getting anywhere near the adequate amount of protein to save myself losing gains. I urge anyone reading to get yourself a smart watch that tracks your daily calories burnt and a nutrition tacker. I use a Fitbit charge 6 and the Fitbit app, but there are better options out there!

i personally wake up early around 6:30-7 am and make 5 eggs (onion powder and garlic, then stir on a pan with, cook till not shiny, then put pepper) and guac toast, its great, simple, fast, and also adding oatmeal had many benefits too

My morning concoction is 150 grams cooked chicken breast 165 grams of egg whites 1 egg 15 grams super mature cheddar I add some chilli flakes, heat the pre cooked chicken, add the egg whites and stir till cooked, pile it up at the side of pan and then add the whole egg on the free bit, grate the cheese over it and then fold the egg white and chicken mixture over the top. I wash it down with a protein shake and it comes in at over 100 grams of protein for under 600 calories and tastes pretty good due to the cheese and chilli. Using the strong high calorie cheese is better as you can use small amounts and it adds a lot of taste, I could triple that cheese of a low fat variety and still get nowhere near the taste.

Exact macros of it today were 581 calories, 104 protein, 16 fat, 3 carbs, sometimes the egg white is more less depending on whats in the carton due to all the food experiments I've been making lol

@@avinabpatnaik9401 I use intermittent fasting, I usually have this at 11am or so and then consume all my calories within 6 hours to have 18 hours off, but I could still eat this as a traditional breakfast, it is filling though!

Meals I've been eating on my cut: *French Toast and Real Good Chicken Strips + Sugar Free Syrup *High Protein Chocolate PB Overnight Oats + Vanilla Yogurt + Banana *Eggs and Hot Salad Mix Haha, no I actually do the Egg Whites, Canadian Bacon, Onion, and Lower cal American or Swiss slice and maybe potatoes or tortillas/English muffin with hot sauce if I'm lifting afterwards. Some variation of what Sam does but in breakfast taco form.

mini protein pancakes (170 cals, 25g protein, 8.5g carbs) batter recipe: 1 large egg 50g lowfat greek yogurt .5 tsp baking powder 20g protein powder optional: .5 tsp vanilla extract / 1 tsp cinnamon / 2 tbsp finely diced apple (add when cooking, not to batter if using) whisk together thoroughly, add powders gradually to reduce clumping. allow batter to rest as griddle / skillet heats to low-medium. 1 tsp oil on the pan, warm the oil, then 1.5 tbsp of batter per mini pancake onto the griddle. when small bubbles appear over the cake, takes less than a minute per pancake usually, flip - this side will take less time. serve in a cute lil stack and pour sugarfree syrup over it. yum.

I fiend its easier to track it in notepad in my phone. I eat the same thing day to day more or less, i just copy paste the different foods from previous days ( which is all in the same note file ). Its easier than using tracking app, plus seeing how many calories i have left in the day makes me want to eat more so i just write the notes and ask chat gpt end of the day to calculate it ( not super accurate maybe but good enough ).
