As a person with zero hours of play time on SC2, I am perfectly eligible to make suggestions about races balances: Increase time for loading into dropships (medivacs) to 0,25 s per unit, so 2 s for full dropship of marines. And fuckingg make marines do 25% dmg to massive starships , it's ridiculous for drugges guys with machine guns to bring down a planet killing starship. Also set a cooldown timer on MULEs, instead of energy cost.

Agree on the CD for mules. Queens can queue injects but they don't stack concurrently. Protoss can't stack Chrono on the same building and energy recharge has a CD. So let terran queue up mules, but only 1 should be active per orbital at a time.

Every one of those concerns have several existing ways to be avoided. If you're struggling with marine drops, well, spores got buffed. Losing because the opponent has a dozen orbitals or 8 of them with 69 SCVs? Cannot leave the Terran alone to simply macro. Losing capital ships to Marines? Just. Don't. Engage.

So, I do not play StarCraft 2 at all… so if this is in, that’s cool… but I think it would be a change in pace in the game if the players could chose minor benifits like Zerg burrowed has increased speed and vision, how he puts his cards at the start of a video

First it sounds good but the thing is if the enemy CAN see it, then your surprise is lost so they know what you are building which is veeery bad for every more suprise based tactics like mutas but pretty ok for stuff like Marines. If you cant see the bonus, then the runes would just be a buff for every race as you most of the time know the base tactic for your game before you play it either way it makes the games more static
