That is not always right as it highly depends on what sort of headphones you get. Bluetooth can be drasticly better and usually is due to the tech in headphones.

@@Walkeraish you're wrong it was my biggest mistake buying a wireless earbuds because the sound was really bad and have a deley between time and the most thing that I hated was that I couldn't use my HI-FI chip and to blow you're mind I cured and replaced the earbuds with a 3.5 mm wire and guess what the sound was so fucking different when they were in Bluetooth so to put it at last Bluetooth sucks

Wired will always be better for gaming headsets. I play on pc and I have both a wired and wireless headset and if you play games like csgo and valorant the small latency difference matters a lot. I can feel how much more smooth it feels when I use wired rather than wireless. If you play competitive games I recommend using wired gaming headsets trust me you’ll thank me .

I just use a pair of cheap and of good quality wired headsets and earphones, and just tune the sound to my liking through phones eq and optimization. Sadly eq mostly wasn't supported on bluetooth headsets.

I have had both but wired is better. The wire isn’t even annoying on mine. The quality is better. It last longer. You don’t have to worry about the battery dying. My friends complained about my wireless headset and said the connection was bad and sometimes I had issues connecting and hearing. I never heard any of that with wired. Only pro some with wired is sometimes there is no jack or the wire may break but there is almost always a paper and my wire is very strong. You would have to go out of your way to break it.

Here is what it boils down to.yes wired is good sound quality if you have something to amplify the sound.if your using it on a ps4 the volume only goes but so far and the sound is rather low.wireless on the other hand has a built in amp that amplifies the sound for greater volume.so basically if you don’t mind the sound audio to be low with limited volume gain then by all means go wired.but if you like you sound audio to be loud and enticing then go wireless🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️.i just got the new cloud stinger wireless hyper X and they are the shiznit.I upgraded from the wired and let me tell you it’s a hell of a difference in overall quality of the sound in terms of volume.to me the wired sounded really good but it’s like it was missing something,that extra boost in volume.

Wireless compared to wired, Highly depends on what headset/headphones you're talking about. A big argument about wireless vs wired is input lag, Wireless is literally non existent its like 0.0001% more input lag than wired. Another big argument is price, unless you're going for some Louis Vuitton earphones, there is like a $10 difference to none. And another big argument is sound quality, their literally the exact same almost, unless you have cat-like hearing you won't be able to tell the difference. The only difference between wired and wireless is... wired or wireless, simple as that.

Nope biggest difference is audio latency/audio delay In some bluetooth earphones you may get 100ms+ audio latency which makes games like pubg unplayable.

@@type3gaming851 Mhmm, that's bluetooth. Bluetooth sucks for wireless audio, for wireless audio you want 2.4 Ghz. For example the wireless connection in the HyperX Flight is 2.4 Ghz connection.

Sennheiser makes gaming headsets now, I haven't tried their gaming headsets but I've had their HD 25 headphones forever and they're top notch sound quality. Used to be the industry standard for DJ's.

K4 K I have their GAME ZERO headset and it's good, but not for all purpose use since you can't remove the mic and it's not low profile. I also find it tight on my ears while wearing glasses (have to use them), so constant adjustment is required on my mind to find the most comfortable position. The sound quality is fantastic! But if you're playing on the couch, you have guests, or you live with your family, cable tripping is a constant fear for me. It almost makes me wish for a wireless headphone. Mic is fantastic! Sounds natural instead of that common nasal-like quality. You can remove the ear pads, so customizing is possible. For Nintendo Switch you need a cable that combines both audio and mic cords. I said the design is not what I call low profile, but it certainly isn't as flashy as other headsets. That's my review! Also includes a case you carry it in. Does the job, has a small area to fit the two included cables, and is durable against impacts!

1st off, In what context, 2nd off 3,(.) 5 mm Aux port is only for audio, While USB 3.0 Is really only for external and internal inputs. Aux port can't do what USB does and USB can't do what Aux port does. Was searching for a comment like this When using a wireless earphones i too experienced the audio delay problem in pubg.It was huge delay and made pubg unplayable. Better (expensive) wireless earphones with aptx codec will give latency under 40ms. But your device and earphones both have to support the codec.

First of all, even non-audiophiles with good ears will hear a noticable difference... Then theres also the question, what types of games are being played? One how primary plays competitiv ego-shooters must stick to a wired headset, because the better audio quality, and noticable better frequency-range make it easier to spot enemy steps. I tried 4 different wireless Headsets, the cheapest starting at 150€ (sony) to highest 330€ (sennheiser & Astro), and they were "acceptable" at best, in terms of sound quality & mic quality... while the Sony was total ear-cancer, which is a joke for 200€ on launch day :/ Then i found the beyerdynamic MMX 300 2. Gen, and added a sound-card to my consoles and the PC (onboard stinks), ... and bam ... i am totally blown away. Best sound ive ever heard/experienced over headphones or headsets, and its mic is on broadcasting quality, really good... plus even by default and without a soundcard the MMX 300 2. Gen is a beast. PS: Sadly a little to quiet by default, even the 32 Ohm Version, and it needs a soundcard with amp to really shine
