My ex blocked me last year after I said I needed extra love and support as I’m dealing with a loss and I lost one of my friends to cancer (through I am currently dealing with another loss of my friend but that’s a different story.) I came clean to him about my mental health struggles as I felt comfortable because he had been vulnerable around me earlier and reached out to me when he was going through a hard time. Yet when I ask for his help he doesn’t care and he blocked me because I was annoying him all because I needed more love and affection than usual. Today I wake up in the morning and I find this ex who blocked me last year had tried to call me at 1:00 am and than texted me I told him I’m gonna return the favor and block you and than I blocked him back

I guess I don't exactly understand the point in being the one to reach out after being unblocked. That's essentially doing the work for the ex, because they opened the door in the hopes you try to come back to them without them having to take any real steps or risk anything themselves. Like in my case, I was blocked after catching her cheating during a period of a few days where she blocked me because she supposedly needed space and time to think about stuff. Early on I had made a couple possible blunders but then have followed no contact. Last week (shortly before hitting three weeks) she quietly unblocked me, but I don't see why I should be the one to initiate. In this case, it seems like it'd be better for her to reach out to me. If I pull her up it reduces the consequences and removes responsibility from her as she needs to be the one to actually initiate the rebuilding process, assuming she even wants that.

he break up with me at the same time after that he blocks me everywhere and when he did everything he calls me on my # and keep explaining but he didn't get any chasing from me why he wanna break up at the same time why he blocks me I just accept the break up no chasing! and now he didn't get I think he's expectation that I'm going to chase him. he unblock me not even 1 hr from that blocking. now he's reaching out but it's take sometimes for me to reply. no chasing is the best thing to do even how much it's hurt.

Going to say I love watching your videos. It really does help me feel better and it helps me understand better too. Yeah my ex has me blocked on checked all but is following me on another social media Twitter. Hello! I been with my ex boyfriend for around a year now.. We met twice and these 2 times we had a wonderful time together.. Making memories and new experiences and we really love each other and i believe we still do.. He asked me to move in with him.. I started preparing for October cause he said the sooner the better..
