Brilliant and truly inspiring to watch you, Grant. As a founding member of a SW company called "Corel," I can promise you that your presentation skills would have deemed you one of the perfect employees. Your ability to speak of your modeling and at the same time as you made slight errors show that your not a 'Robot'. I was pleasantly surprised to hear and see you correct yourself as you went along for what is a simple but fine rendition of a 15th to 18th-century Wizard. I will take my hat off to you Grant Abbitt and join you on your ride with Blender. Cheers Mate...

Thank you very much for tutorials. Dyntopo turns itself off because of UV maps (which is vertex data). Since Blender as of 2.8 creates UV maps for objects automatically, generally all objects now have them. One way to avoid that dyntopo on/off stuff is to remove UV maps from object (click minus sign in the Object data tab > UV maps rollout). Also shortcut to enable dyntopo in Sculpt mode is Ctrl+D
