I first heard this piece when sailing down the Ganges in Bangladeshi in 1973. It’s the most beautiful music and the skill of guitar playing is mind boggling!

I was even younger.. 8 in 1977.in Spain... bought the tape in my teens and the CD in my 20s.. Still the most hauntingly beautiful music I've ever heard .. 64 now.. and still love it..

햐 정말 멋있다. 어렸을때 전국 콩쿨 나갔었는데 나는 그 대회에서 수상하지못했지만 조성진이 전체대상을 받았었다. 영상을 봤는데 . 초등학생들이 치는 흔한 곡이 아니라서 그런지 그당시엔 되게 신기한 곡을 친다고 생각했다. 더 신기한건 연주 도중 하늘을 올려다 보는게 너무 독특해서 영상을 몇번이고 돌려봤던 기억이있다. 어렸을때부터 감정이 풍부했던것 같다. 그 옆모습의 볼살 아직도 생생히 기억난다.

This is one of the greatest performances of one of the greatist pieces. Maybe a little more bass at the end...but everyone has their own opinions. The bass might help to finalize the song. Much appreciation!💛💛💛

@@brianpashka9152yea this is the reason he does it he said it sounds more powerful an octave lower. However there are a few videos on KZbin of him playing it up the Octave as well. One with Andre Previn conducting and another where he played it at the proms.
