1 Try reducing stress ( especially emotional stress... Stay away from toxic people, forget & forgive people who hurt you, focus on bright side of life, get involved in good hobbies that will divert your mind away from toxic people's drama...) Then physically, 2. Sleep well. 3. eat fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts. (Avoid processed foods) 4 Do relaxing exercises like walking in the park, regular house activity like cleaning. ( Don't do drastic exercises like running until you lose your breath. ) Try this for 3 months and see if you can see some improvements. (Suddenly hirsutism won't go .. it needs consistent efforts. Don't worry too much. Worrying also stresses us emotionally. )

@Carla. Suggest you go thru Dr Childs Blog on how to look for a suitable doc. There are certain "Search words " he reccomends. You should be able to find decent docs around your area. I followed tge same and was able to find a good doc in India. Look fir docs with "BIHRT" docs meaning Bio Identical Harmone Replacement Therapy docs or docs who have a Compounding pharmacy. These will immensely help. I have been similar issues and found Dr. Childs on KZbin, went thru most of his videos, emailed him, did my rrasearch and found a doc.
