I love to hear how women like myself got from where I am with a vision to where I want to be "a business owner". Those voices of doubt have never been self doubt. It's been family and friends who doubt and create hostility between me and my goals. I am continuing to learn who and how to tune out the negativity.

Thank you for this. I just had to start over from scratch after being smeared unfairly by a huge publication, unethical journalist and my competitor and it cut me to my core. I am a woman and have ADD and I’m a minority. Business is not always fair and we get kicked in the face as entrepreneurs over and over. This channel is so inspiring and I commend you.

When Lisa Bilyeu was introducing Victoria Young's company I was thinking 'Is it in Europe? Please, let it be in the EU!', and when she mentioned Young had to close it down, my mind started spinning all those ideas 'How could this happen? How is that even possible?! This company is brilliant! I need these products in my life! The world needs this company! Young's vision is perfection!'

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants : eating-spots, in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate, this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days, menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app

Love it the empowerment the mind and determination is the Power.as a single mother raising her young son in South Africa I was disempiwered as I was a stay at home home until my husband died very suddenly and young.after a while I decideded enough of depending on my family as it came with a price and definitely not my government as we would starve and definitely not the mind set of my community who said their is no work .I with very little resources made up my mind I was going to be my own boss and started with very little resources.i felt like I had just jumped off a cliff into the abyss but what does d I have to loose.and now my baby my business is growing and I know will mature into a success God Willing .love from South Africa

The big thing that many women leaders (who aren't actually the owner) can do amazing things, grow, inspire, and be incredibly successful... yet the factor that differentiates the game is risk. So few speak of that but speak of "leadership" as ownership. Ownership can be terrifying with realities of maybe losing everything, credit, savings and having lives depend on you. Managers and executives speak of knowing this feeling but they absolutely do not and it's quite dismissive of the person actually willing to risk for the vision.

I don’t think entrepreneurs are “born” I think there is a possibility that if you receive exposure from those that are around you, especially as a child, your more likely inclined as we learn and repeat behaviors and patterns of others (psychologically speaking). So if anyone is doubting themselves. No! YOU CAN DO THIS! Start that business, that blog, KZbin channel, podcast. Whatever you desire to do (not others, but you) go after it! ❤️
