I’m something of an expert at that particular fuck up and ones like it. Glad I’m not alone.

Ben, I watched the resin speaker stands before this one, these look good but not on the same level as the resin ones you did. I am always amazed by the amount of effort you put into your projects. You sure are a master craftsman. Love the vids only wish there were more of them, I think I have an addiction 🤣🤣

I can’t get them out any faster I’m afraid there’s not enough hours in the day, so much is taken up by depression and not wanting to get out of bed, if I could get past that then maybe a vid a week, but like you say I put a lot of work in details and that offer takes days to do just one little part 😏

That was fantastic! Laughed my a$$ off! Audio was spot on. Well done, hope to see more soon. Now off to warm up my shop, should be pretty miserable to start off since its 0 degrees out right now (Fahrenheit). Cheers from Maine.

Masking stuff off. The worst. Can confirm! Great video Ben! Those stands needed more dominos anyway!!

"First win in the whole fucking project!" :) :) :) Had me laughing. I think they look great. It's very interesting to revisit that tabletop... you don't see many people returning to projects to say the advice was a load of balls. I made some stands once using those door stops you put on the skirting board that stops kids slamming doors open against the walls, it almost looked like they were meant to be little legs :)

Im self taught bud, everything I know was from a lot of hard lessons. And I get sick of peeps saying to alternate the grain smile / frown, all theyre doing is changing the out come to a wavy table top, its one of those tips like sawdust and PVA 😑 Are you and audio file to then? I'm so happy with these new speakers, negates the need to use headphones to check sound.

Lovely looking project 👍. I see you using a rough, high removal rasp in a lot of your videos, do you have a link for it? Cheers
@HewAndAwe3 жыл бұрын
Cheers Steveo, I mainly use two types, www.workshopheaven.com/hand-tools/rasps-and-files/iwasaki-japanese-carving-files.html and for heavy fast cut I use, www.workshopheaven.com/hand-tools/rasps-and-files/shinto-japanese-saw-rasps.html I’m guessing you’re after the last link…👍
