The worst are the older people. When it asks if they want cash back, 99% of the time they will hit cancel instead of no. Then they get mad that it didn't work and if you try to get them to insert their card again, they accuse you of trying to double charge them. I had been yelled at so many times and had to call the manager.

Besides, don’t you think if it charged you once it would have finished the order and printed the receipt? People drive me insane haha

Last week we had a lady try to return her 4 years old Notebook, *that is 4 years in use*, because- get this: Her friend is self certified zodiac sign electrician or some bs like that, and measured with his own creation testing device that the Watts/Meter value for some imaginary electrical field around the device (made up by him) is 4x the "normal" amount- and it causes the woman headaches. Shes planning to sue ASUS for causing her harm, and was very agitated that we wouldnt let her return the device. She also ADMITTED to us, that this supposedly started AFTER she dropped the device onto the floor, that damaged the notebook casing and "caused the watts/meter value to surge"
