For everyone who wants to know if this is effective, I must say yes. I tried other workout before seen on youtube but this one has the best result. I am 37kg and now 42 kg after 1 month doing this. I did not take any supplements but my calorie intake increased due to eating after workout. If you need motivation, take it from me. Hope we get all the body we want :)

I experienced being bullied because of how skinny I am. Now, I'm using this as my motivation to gain weight and prove to myself that I can do it not because of what people says but because I decided to do it for myself. PS: it's really sad that there some people who says bad things against you without knowing your side. We can do this brothers and sisters.

I know this workout is old now but it still definitely works!! I have been doing it for about a month now and I started off at 86 pounds and I am now 96 pounds!! (With increasing calorie intake by a lot) Not to mention I am a lot stronger :) Thank you so much!!

Somebody once told me Lol i had spoke too soon! My weight super fluctuated at first but now im consistently between 94 and 95 pounds. (Although i have gotten away from my routine recently )

i hate it when people at school say mean stuff about how skinny i am.some even call me sceleton ,and it hurts me a lot.i just have a fast metabolism.And im proud of it .because some people go trough a lot to boost their metabolism,but,i dont need to,and i think of it as a gift i was born with.but the people who dont appriciate that in me and say mean stuff about my body really hurts,and feels like they are taking away the gift i was born with.....💪💪💪👀👸👧

This is for girls like me that are constantly getting bullied: When I was in 5th grade I had no friends no one will sit next to me because they thought I had a disease, then I entered to middle school and there is when I really started to get bullied kids will call all sorts of names every single day, I will come home and ball my eyes out on what people said then I started surrounding my self with really nice friends that will give me confidence then shortly after I started to gain confidence stool to this day I get called name but what you have to keep your head up and just know it will get better there will come a day where you will love yourself and you are so beautiful in your own way no matter what people think

@@maryjoymagno8416 you can't pretend to see some results in 3 weeks. I'm very skinny, I understand, and I can say that it's difficult and you need to do this for months. Than you can say if it's effettive or not. It is not like weight loss workouts, sadly it is more difficult... And, first of all, do this for yourself, not only to stop hearing people say that you are skinny and asking constantly if you eat or you are healthy. Let's give us some support :)

For some reason, it's considered hideous if you walk up to a heavier person and comment on their weight. But for some reason it's perfectly fine for total strangers to walk up and ask me if I'm anorexic, tell me to eat a burger, grab my tiny wrists with their hand and laugh at how thin my wrists are. Deal with this my whole life, it sucks! Hoping to find a good way to put on some weight, this video is a great start! Any help appreciated:)

I was just in tears and decided to search KZbin this morning for some videos on how to gain some weight since I feel I am getting to thin as I age. I have always been thin and have been teased most of my life. Everything we see these days is on losing weight and nothing is for those, like myself who want so desperately to gain some pounds and increase muscle mass in order to look proportioned. I eat really healthy and have been told I should eat 5 or 6 meals a day, instead of just your usual 3. I think what messed me up is I've become gluten tolerant and have cut out most of everything Gluten which I think is the reason I might be losing some body mass. I hope you continue to post videos for those who are tired of being skinny. Thank you so much. Do you have a healthy food regiment some could follow?

4 years ago i stumbled across this video and brought the weights online. I didn't touch the weights once, they were collecting dust under my bed and i completely forgot of them. Procrastination & depression is a bitch. Today, this video came back in my feed and it brought tears to my eyes that i lost sight of my goals. +i don't care baby I have really skinny long legs and i get made fun of so much!! I am desperate ahh!! please tell me if this works!! I have a really fast metabolism which doesn't help the cause. I am embarrassed to go to school (we wear skirts-uniform) and my legs show and people always make fun of me, i will look back and they will be laughing and say things. My mom was built like this too. Been doing this routine for 3 weeks now. I’m not skipping a day but I only do 2 sets per exercise per day. 12 and 10 reps. I can feel the changes in my body and I feel like I look better with some of my fitting clothes. I also increased my carbs intake and will do the protein diet. I hope it works.

I was 35kg at 5'3 and now in one month I gained 5 kg by doing these exercises and eating food. I am now 40kg dont give up! I know that isn't a healthy weight, but I really do try. : D update: I am 46 kg this September!! : ) update: I am 42 kg this October, didn’t eat much food so that’s a wake up call to eat more!

@@aleale72 To clarify things, sets are mainly just reps in a row (how many repetitions you do of that exercise). Okay, moving along to how many times I do the exercise. So for me, the way I gain weight is by doing the exercise every Saturday and Sunday (weekends) and by eating foods. I actually do 30 minutes of exercises: this video and other videos to make me gain weight such as chest exercises, hip exercises and gaining weight exercises. Make sure to eat a lot of good, that’s really important. I still do the exercises and have been doing it since April of 2020, and I have seen major progress. I have gained around 7 kilograms ever since. Hope this helps! :)

@@hanoona8046 hey , my proper diet means I started doing healthy breakfast (eggs,banana,Dates,etc) and I just ate a little more than I usually do once you start doing workout I will automatically feel more hunger . And for dumbells ,as I do workout at home i don't have dumbells so I used water bottles in beginning and then switched to bagpack for wiegth I add books accordingly into bag .hope this will help

“Wow you’re skinny” “you look like you’ve lost some weight” “sheesh girl you needa eat more” “you look like you’re disappearing in your clothes” *Things people come at me with like if I wasn’t already aware of my weight. Also little do they know minor health issues can cause these things such as hypothyroid which I have. It’s just rude asf to comment on people’s weight gain or loss either way it’s rude. Before breakfast *2 banana *2 boiled eggs *Milk Breakfast (Regular) Pre workout meal *Banana/bread with peanut butter Post workout meal Smoothie (2 banana+oats+milk+peanut butter+nuts) Lunch (regular white rice) Evening -milk Pre night meal-2 boiled eggs Night- 4 Wheat roti, and peanut butter .. (ALSO DAILY 3 L WATER!!)

I do this workout with the butt and thigh exercises plus chest exercises and it works. Just have to change your lifestyle (which is hard especially during quarantine). Sleep early,wake up early then make sure to have 5 enough portion meals a day. Then my mortal enemy which is drinking plenty of water. Uhm i also drink ON PRO GAIN chocolate milk. From forever 50kg i’m now 58kgs for my 5’6 height. First time to reach normal BMI. My booty’s also looking good hahahaha i can now wear jeans and be proud

Aly Kharel with discipline in just 3 weeks to a month my family can already see the results. But you shouldn’t stop it and continue even with just some exercises because when you do stop- your body will return to its sad state. Haha.

you really nailed it with the purpose of this video. i struggle for years to gain more weight than 40kg and whatever I did it never seemed to work. my specialist doctor and nutritionist never found any health problems so we thought it's just the metabolism and I should just eat more. I only managed until now to gain 1 more kg, so now I'm 41 but still I just feel I need like 5 more... So my friends advised me to do sports but since I don't have much time I looked for videos and tips online.but you're right, I think you are the only person who does this and I appreciate a lot what you do!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH I will definently try your plan and let you know if it worked. Question: with the exercises which do not imply other instruments such as the weights - you should increase the number of the repetations right? Thanks again and am looking forward to more of your tips! PS: you really explain everything so simple, even a beginner such me can't mess it up :D

I was a hard gainer and now no problem. 6ft 190lbs. there is a system to this. My trainer said you don't have to lift heavy to gain muscle. he was right. I do 20 reps of 5 sets and the last 5 reps of each set is excruciating. if they are not hard to do, it is considered a warmup set. You want knees over toes, that was a myth that died out awhile ago. my knees healed well from doing a lot of air squats. There is so much more to this that I cannot possible say here. Also, there is a specific way to eat. Don't eat big meals, eat every two hours. Carbs before a workout and protein after. The amount of protein is dependent on age. You don't need that much or it goes to fat. This is science. :)
