My goal is to like even out my calves with my quads because my legs look wrong since my quads are kinda bigger than my calves and my calves look mad skinny compared to my quads, you know what I mean? Like my calves look madd skinny and everytime I try to find calve workout to build muscle, I always see videos where they’re trying to slim the calves and my calves are alreadyyy slimm enoughh😀😀

Been doing this workout for quite a bit and have been noticing an increase in muscles in my calves. I still feel the burn like crazy doing it (not to mention the day after) but this is MY FAV CALVES WORKOUT

day 1: didnt feel anything but felt the burn. day 2: so sore but kept going. day 3: soreness kinda going away but love the burn. day 4: REST DAY!! day 5: omg literally right after the workout i was so sore. day 6: workout is getting much easier!! day 7: rest day(i forgot to do it plus it was 4th of july so i didn’t have any time) day 8: no more soreness!

I had only known about the first exercise prior to watching this video and didn't really do much for me. I really wanted something I effective I could do from home. I tried this and my calves were on fire and are still sore 2 days later! I'm keeping this. THANK YOU!

I really like this workout. Are you supposed to do it daily or every other day? I took my measurements recently and compared it to the ones I took 3 months ago and while almost every area has decreased in inches, my calves and upper arms (even with building muscle) haven’t budged. I need to strengthen my calves and slim the fat that surrounds them.

You’re such a beautiful successful strong motivational and inspiring woman . Have been following your videos for quite a while. I’ve done my exercises off and on as I have 4 kids so my time can stretch so much. I’ve finally accepted that having no waist line and having hip dips is just a gift from parents. I’m very petite size 2 in dresses in pants I would say 1 or 2 depending where I shop. I want to ask you if I continue to work on my legs hamstrings and glutes will my body look or appear less proportion??? Thank you . My measurements are 34- 26.5- 35 4’ft 10 in. 102 pounds

Okay, so my calves are too big, mostly due to too much muscle (kinda like soccer player big) and I wanna make them smaller and leaner. Would this help or make it worse??

I'm sure you have awesome calves! 😊I would say that this workout will help you build some lean muscle = increase muscle mass, if you stay consistent in the long run and do this regularly. But doing it once or twice won't make a difference.

I’ll track my progress on here I gotchu all Day 1: sore I substituted a 8 pound dumbell for the exercise for jumping and I did regular calf raises and I felt very sore Day 2: I was sore but I saw a bit of a change my calves felt more tougher and hard and when I did a calf raise I saw it a bit defined Day 3: Was too sore skipped workout Day 4: Still sore I skipped the workout Day 5: Not sore anymore and did workout Day 6: Saw a little bit of toning and calves feel more tough workout got easier

Do not do this if you already have muscular calves and you are hoping to slim it. To get from muscular to slim calves, you have to stretch. But if you have a bunch of FAT stored in your calves and you want to slim it, watch this video.

A part of my job I do is standing in the same place foe 2.5 hours putting bags into boxes. ( sooooo terrible) I started doing these and it helps pass the time and my calves look amazing 👏
