For those wondering, Cox essentially has a monopoly on high speed internet in my area, $180 gets me: 1Gb down/300 Mb up, and unlimited data. No it’s not fiber.

I have Comcast. I pay $355/ month for cable/internet/phone. Gets me all the premium channels except Starz and Cinemax because they made those channels cost extra and removed them from my package. My internet is something like 5gb down.

My provider here in the UK is "YOU" formally "Youfibre" I get 979 Mb up and 879 Mb down, for £38 per month including a phone connection and that's with a full-fibre connection to my hub, I used to pay another provider "when they had the monopoly" £70 per month for 500 Mb.

I feel the pain, I live in a smallish town and 1 provider reigns supreme for highspeed internet. There are other providers but they don't have the speed, or you have to go satellite and get that whole package.

Thanks for featuring my match, Sealord. For those wondering...I didnt send this in to show what big balls of steel I had to try and get ships out of a cap. That was semi-giving up, and semi gritting teeth and sending it hoping my plan would work. It kinda did. A Conq and Shiki went out before I went down. This was sent in to show the remarkable dodging skills of the Colbert player, and how sometimes the most unlikely player (Atago...he doesn't have a great record and spent most of the game out of position) can come in clutch when they have to. One of the best wins I have ever been part of. And no prizes for spotting that there was no CV in this game...

Mate I'm from Northern Ireland and my service is only about 30 quid a month. That's unlimited. It's only about 300mb -600 mb or so but it's fast enough to play games and stream videos etc.

This game demonstrated the needs of ship types: Capital ships versus capital ships, cruisers the jack of all trades and destroyers keep other destroyers away from the capital ships, or a shimikaze can just steam down the line and blast capital ships left right center.

Having been involved with design and construction of both coaxial and fiber telecom systems in my long career, they both have their pros and cons. Cox and other CATV companies are trying to make their coaxial systems last by upgrading the electronics, often CATV companies do not maintain the systems very well so you have a lot of interruptions compared to a newer fiber system. There are less electronics in a fiber system (passive design) in general so they have less interruptions. However, both are susceptible to mother nature and can be damaged. Newer systems cost more. Best location is to be where there are two or more companies competing for your business. Fiber system upload matches download which is great if you are sending large data files upstream (i.e. also streaming in real time) to someone else (i.e. SLM to his KZbin channel).

Wait you paid for 180$ per month for mediocre ISP? In East Asia specificly Korea Japan China and Thailand have 2gbps /1 gbps at the cost of barely 30-40$ and have many ISP to choose

Yes. And every time there is a bill in Congress to fund a build out of genuine and affordable high speed internet to the more rural parts of U.S., it is rejected by some folks who seem to be happy to limit access to information. Funny, that.

My cable company had done this to me, so when time to pay came along, I called them, and I had broken down my monthly bill in $ per day. and for each day I was unable to use the internet, I deducted. They didn't argue and reduced the bill by that amount. So, for example, if I was paying $200 so for each day, I would pay less $6.67. If cable was down 3 days, that means I was not paying $20.00. Doesn't sound like much, but if all their customers did that, they would be a bit more concerned and expedite outages more.

Hello, please help me with one trouble in Golden Week event. Today, I tried one attempt in Armory for 100 Golden fish. When I tried it, an error occured, and I didn´t get any reward. What´s even worse, 100 Golden fish was deleted from my acccount. I tried it for the second time, but another error occured, I didn´t get any reward, and 100 Golden fish were deleted from my account. Can I fix it somehow? What can I do with this?

I'm Dilly. You're right. We cant always have them. Sometimes you send torps and they don't hit, and sometimes you send them and they sink everything. I sent in this replay to sing the praises of two teammates who managed to pull victory from nothing. Of course it helped to get the Conq and the Shiki out of the game, but once I went down it was no longer about me.
