About the frozen veggies which are mostly green peas, corns and sometimes gobhi and beans carrots etc. I usually wash them before using them in any food item. So I guess that removes the extra chemicals and preservatives and what remains is only the veggies.

Many people eat too much sugar and trans fat. Especially children eat too much sugar en trans vet every day. Sugar and trans fat cause heart disease stroke and liver and kidney problems ,diabetes high blood pressure and high cholesterol overweight and premature aging of the skin. Many young people have diabetes from a young age. I am a 67 year old power lifter and fitness trainer and I still work out in the gym 4 times a week. I don't eat sugar and trans fat, I'm totally healthy and strong for my age.

@@devarya3201 that's completely a myth Yess having a complete non veg diet is a big no.. But 2-4 meals a week of lean chicken s good both for lean mass nd considering all the 9 essential amino acids we get from it Which plant based protein sources lack

Sorry, burgers are not fried, their sides always are. Though for the tastiest burger one needs the ground beef to have 20% or a little more fat.

Sorry, maybe not deep fried but cooking in a frypan or on a flat top as they do in the fast food restaurant is considered fried

Even if burgers are not fried they are made from refined wheat flour which breaks down into complex carbohydrates and sugars like maltose and dextrose which are the main culprits in weight gain. Not to mention hydrogenated fat kneaded into the dough. They are brushed with egg yolk- another cholesterol contributor and melted butter or oil for glaze. Vegetarian fillings have tonnes of cheese- these days mostly made of hydrogenated fat and made to look and feel like cheese. In India it's mostly chicken burgers. Beef burgers may be available at Christian bakeries and restaurants. All meat has fat marbled into it for a higher yield.

@suchetanaik What dough are you talking about ? I personally wrap my patties in Iceberg Lettuce and put spinach, mushrooms, real cheese, avocado, red onions, tomatoes, pickles. What makes a burger is the beef patty and the toppings ❣️❣️ Not dough. Pizza are made with dough ‼️ Homemade Burgers are the good and Much More Delicious.
