I actually don’t cook with seasoning cubes as you might have seen in all my videos, so the same applies to this recipe as well. Thanks so much for watching. I appreciate the question 🙏

I also don't use bullion cubes but meat or fish stock would make a huge difference. I bet you the taste will be more enhanced when added

You can use your meat, fish or chicken stock to enhance the taste, so since I will normally add fish (Titus/ Mackerel) to it, I usually use the stock I got from preparing the fish rather than using a previously frozen one Thanks for sharing! Turmeric is one of the spices I use for cooking. I like it because of its health benefits, and I just like adding it when I make Moi-Moi. It is optional, and in case of allergies, you should discontinue its use. Thanks so much for watching 🙏
