I live next county over from where he's mayor and saw him at my gym early in the morning a few days ago. I was going for a machine but he got there first; he didn't cut me off or anything, he couldn't have even seen me from where I was walking from so it wasn't malicious in any way. I was joking with my friends after that, upon noticing how frighteningly large he is, how frighteningly large...I decided to concede the machine to him without a fight. He was kind of a visiting dignitary, I guess... I was going to try and get a pic with him but he was gone before I could get back to where he was.

@@exilhamburger4802 That was later, was live at first as I recall. Then it became taped two weeks ahead or so off and on, causing some shows to be filler in effect because the Nitro it aired after had yet to happen. Then went to taped after Nitros in late 2000. Was I think live again before that.

I moved to the US in August of 1999 and a friend of mine who was already living here told me to watch WWF so I did and i got addicted to it for about 3 years. Re watching these episodes brings back a lot of memories because I remember these main event matches like they happened yesterday. Another thing is that it is as entertaining now as it was even back then when I was 12 years old. Wrestling was so awesome back then

@@jarlwhiterun7478Mick is definitely the guy I found the most appreciation for while watching all this back. He gives 100% every single time and he’s probably the most versatile guy on the roster while also being the most willing to do it. His promos are up there with Rock and Stone cold but mick never had to repeat himself and his catch phrases. Plus unlike those 2 I’m sure he could have turned heel and made it work during this time. If WWF needed someone to be made into a star they would Call Foley up and he would make that guy a star. Examples include Triple H, rock, stone cold, and little out of time period but he totally made Edge and Randy Orton stars as well.

I never understood what the WWF was doing with Chyna at during this point. She's basically Trips' manager (heel) but fighting Jeff Jarrett (face). I wonder if this is why they rushed the Stephaine-HHH storyline because up until that point, he had zero interactions with Stephaine. It just seemed pretty confusing with Chyna being a face and heel on the same show.

It's totally insane how many World Champions you had at the top that could have the belt at any point.. Then on top of that, a buried alive match on free tv... The fans in attendance got one helluva show.. Then Jarret hitting Moolah with the guitar.. Then Austin driving the truck into the ambulance.. What an insane episode of SmackDown!.. Just amazing.
