I found your video about nodal hand arthritis very helpful. Do you have a video addressing the use of Methotrexate for osteoarthritis and synovitis? I cannot take anti-inflammatory meds.

Hi and thanks for commenting. Methotrexate is an immunosuppressant drug used for inflammatory arthritis such as Rheumatoid etc. these are very different conditions to Osteoarthritis. I cannot take anti-inflamatory meds either but I am allowed to use the gel based ones. They are very effective and help me cope with my pain, check with your GP that it is ok for you to use them. I have RA and a lot of secondary OA, especially in my wrists but also shoulders and one elbow.
