The Fury player who called the dangerous play was involved in at least 2 plays afterwards where it was surprising she didn't make a call, so perhaps in a way it did come into play...

looks like the defender was jumping laterally/horizontally (slightly away from the o player, but it was blind-ish, but who knows if they knew were there) so not as dangerous as if it would have been diving/falling backwards. totally fine for the person behind with vision of the field to call dangerous.
