今天我會教大家一些動作去舒緩脊椎狹窄, 可能你會問什麼叫脊椎狹窄?脊椎狹窄很多時候就是在老人家身會發現, 由於脊椎骨開始退化也相當嚴重, 所以在脊椎和脊椎之間個距離又拉近了, 而且在脊椎之間的椎間盤開始因為年紀大也會磨蝕和磨損, 所以如果加上脊椎後面有些韌帶因為長年累月的退化就會讓脊椎中間的管道就收窄了,我們稱之為脊椎或者我們叫腰椎椎管狹窄症....
Today I will teach you simple exercises to relieve spinal stenosis.You may ask what is spinal stenosis?Spinal stenosis is often found in elderly people as they grow older. Due to the spine starting to degenerate severely.The distance between the vertebrae becomes narrower, and the intervertebral discs also start to wear and tear due to aging.If combined with posterior spinal ligaments calcify. The spinal canal can become narrowed.This is what we call spinal or lumbar spinal stenosis.....
