We would like to share with everyone how to make the Almond pumpkin & sunflower seeds crunchy without using the florentine powder
【Main Ingredients】
1)【Egg White x1】
2)【Icing Sugar 30g]
3)【Almond Flakes 100g】
4)【Pumpkin Seeds 50g】
5)【Sunflower Seeds 50g】
6)【Black Sesame 10g】
7)【White Sesame 10g】
【Method】:
1)【Put the Almond Flakes 100g, Pumpkin Seeds 50g, Sunflower Seeds 50g, Black Sesame 10g, White Sesame 10g into the baking tray, spread it evenly. Bake in oven for 160C 5 minutes】
2)【Add in 1 egg white & 30g sifted icing sugar. Mix it gently & do not beat the egg】
3)【Add in the baked nuts, mix it well gently to avoid almond flakes break into smaller pieces】
4)【Put the nuts mixture into paper cup which used as mould. Pressed it gently to make it firmly - Can use chopsticks to press it even firmly】
5) 【Can bake it with airfryer or Oven】
a) 【Method 1: Airfryer 140C 15 Minutes】
b) 【Method 2: Preheat Oven Bake 160C for 15-20 Minutes】
【Note: Must bake until dry to be crunchy(Time & temperature need to adjust accordingly to own tools model)】
6)【Put the nuts crunchy to cold down in room temperature (Note: Must cold it properly in room temperature so that the nuts crunchy will be easily to remove from paper cup】
7)【Completed】
主要食材
1) 蛋白 1粒
2) 糖粉 30克
3) 杏仁片 100克
4) 南瓜籽 50克
5) 葵花籽 50克
6) 黑芝麻 10克
7) 白芝麻 10克
方法:
1) 把杏仁片 100克,南瓜籽 50克,葵花籽 50克,黑芝麻 10克,白芝麻 10克放入烤盤分佈均勻,讓後烤箱烘烤160度C 5分鐘
2) 加入1粒蛋白。30克糖粉過篩加入後輕輕拌勻,不可打發
3)加入烘烤過的籽,輕輕翻拌均勻,以免杏仁片過碎
4) 把拌勻後的籽放入紙杯容器中。輕輕壓平,把它弄的更紮實【可用筷子壓得更紮實】
5) 可用氣炸鍋或烤箱烘烤
a) 方法1: 氣炸鍋 140度C 15分鐘
b) 方法2: 預熱烤箱烘烤 160度C 15-20分鐘
注:必須烤乾才會酥脆 (時間與溫度需根據各自設備的火力自行調整)
6) 把脆片放置室溫降溫 (注:必須完全降溫才會容易取出)
7) 完成 【Completed】
