我是中国大陆人，总结一下这次对话吧。主持人抛出问题，被采访者几乎是在绕圈子，说了一些美化国安法的话，但是对法律中存在的潜在漏洞，缺少逻辑层面的推理，对漏洞避而不谈。并没有清楚地解释旁观者心中的疑虑，作为一名律师，他的确很擅长辩论和扬长避短，但是思维中的逻辑性我是一点儿没看到，甚至我看到他的言论是反智的。

那作为一个中国人我也总结一下吧，主持人在错误的前提下提出一些错误的话题，被采访者就应该从根本上否定主持人的错误前提，不然这问题让人如何回答？被采访者极力纠正他的错误认识和问题，主持人却不愿意听，一直在打断被采访者，请问主持人一直打断被采访者的发言，那还叫访谈吗？是不是主持人直接对着摄像机自己说更好？主持人的信息完全是没有去过香港的发言，说有十个人被逮捕，很有可能就是西方新闻只会报道有十个人被抓，不说原因，以此来抹黑香港执法机关，其实原因就是拿刀袭警和骑摩托车冲撞警察。请问这种情况在哪个国家犯罪嫌疑人不会被抓。偏见➕傲慢➕心术不正的阻碍中国崛起，给中国设置障碍，怎么就没有对阻碍中国崛起的言论就行批判的，难道这种想法就是正确的，你们的所谓的天赋人权和平等哪去了？我们就不应该生活的更好吗？

As a Hong Kong citizen, I have to say that Ronny Tong, a law professional Not trusted by the mass public due to his past behaviours, was simply ignoring the key concerns about the controversial articles in the national security law that would destroy the integrity of "one country two systems" and assured freedom of the citizens. Many parts of the security law are in conflict with the basic law rights and existing regulations and protections, and the Beijing authority and its delegates have the power to decide whom would be sent to China for jurisdiction, which in fact creates tremendous fear among normal Hong Kong ppl and uncertainties about the future of the city's autonomy.

@@万先武 你认真的？法律是基石，那也得政府自己守法才行。tong首先就避而不谈中国政府是否守法的问题。比如中国法律规定可以游行，但从来不批准。中国法律规定不因言获罪，但给你一个寻衅滋事或者嫖娼的罪名。这样的话看法律条文有屁用？其次就是tong完全不会用外行听得懂的话来解释法律问题，这说明他自己很可能没有理解透彻法律条文的含义。

提问者问了三个方面的问题 1.如何看待国安法实际上违反了香港自治原则 2.如何看待香港人民对国安法实施的反应 3.如何看待世界其他国家对国安法实施的反应 对于第一个问题，双方的争执点在于北京有多大权利干涉香港的自治，对于采访者给出的案例 1. 法律55条 - 受访者回答只有在涉及国家安全问题的时候才会介入 2. 逮捕10人 - 受访者回答逮捕者涉及袭警并且未被国安法起诉 这绝对是有力的回答，但是被提问者无视并被强行掩饰为受访者不礼貌与转移话题，这是对受访者的不尊敬与提问者的不专业。 对于第二个问题，提问者的问题根基不足，因为他的援引全部来自于反对北京的声音，而且没有实际数据，这一点受访者也提出来了，但提问者反而指责受访者没有正面回答。对此假设我去采访这个主持人，说在youtube上有很多人骂他傻逼，问他如何看待，希望他也能给我正面回复证明他不是傻逼。 对于第三个问题，提问者的问题纯粹扯淡，美中正处于贸易战环境，而日本本身则是美国盟友，所以美国对香港的制裁或者日本政客的说辞不能说明国际环境对香港态度的任何转变。这一点同样被受访者指出，也同样被无视。 综上，提问者的问题不但愚蠢，而且不尊重答案。汤先生作为一个有身份的法官，对这种不尊重表达不满完全可以理解。任何一个有脑子的人看了这个采访都不会出现高赞的回答。

看完了整个采访对话，实话实说，主持人与佳宾的对话可以说很精彩，但是我想说的是，我做为中国大陆人，我的立场是与国安法的初衷一样的，那就是维护国家的统一为最高标准。国安法的实施是针对分裂国家的港独分子的或者是损害国家重大利益的坏蛋，扯不上毁掉一国两制。照主持人的观点，如果谋求港独还得宽恕，那这个国家的党与政府真的该下台了

总结一下这个主持人除了使用的一些low到爆的采访技巧：1. 大段引用煽动性未经事实检验的评论 2. 不停打断嘉宾说话 3. 对嘉宾进行毫无营养的侮辱性的评论，然后马上进入下一个话题防止被反击。4. 将事实性内容偷换概念往“言论自由”“民主”这些空泛的手套箱概念上套。听完整个评论，你找不到这个主持人没有提出任何实质性的、逻辑上的质疑，甚至练抓住嘉宾说话的一些漏洞的能力都没有（虽然这样也只是吹毛求疵而已）。就一个这样毫无准备、毫无能力、毫无公正的主持人还hard talk，笑死，主持八卦节目还差不多
