👉put oil to preheating the pot , beat the pork until it break tendon 👉put garlic, ginger, rice wine, allspice, Pepper Salt and water to mix it 👉put the marinade on the pork , put sweet potato powder and mix well then set aside for 10 mins 👉dusting the pork with sweet potato powder , then stay aside for counter tide 👉put the pork in the pan and get into shape , remember to move it to prevent it burn 👉pan fry the pork until it leaks the thin blood then turn around to pan fry it 👉when the pork is done , you can use the scissor to cut it make sure it is fully cooked, then turn the heat on high , make it crispy for two side
