Xymox Sucks

I've had several Xymox Hybrid Snare drums and all of them have broken. I've been trying to get a replacement rim from Xymox for 7 months with NUMEROUS emails to no avail and thus I finally gave up on them coming through with any replacement parts. It's been my experience based on owning several of them that the hybrid snare concept just isn't up to the challenge of a marching snare tensioning and, Xymox is a worthless company not deserving of anyone's money.
