Sir India mai ab tak ke jitne videos aur fitness channel hai youtube par kisi ne bhi itna detailed mai nahi bataya hua hai jitna aap batate hai. Ab tak ka best fitness channel hai youtube par comparing to other . Very good work sir.

Wednesday - Legs: Warmup 10 minutes Leg extension Set 1 - 15 reps Set 2 - 12 reps medium weigh Set 2&3 - 8-10 reps Leg press: Set 1 - 15 reps Set 2 - 15 reps Set 3&4 - 10-12 reps Squats: Set 1 - 15 reps moderate weight Set 2&3 - 10-12 reps max weight Walking lunges: Set 1 - 15 reps each leg Set 2 - 20 rep with each leg with weight Lying leg curl: Set 1 - 15 reps Set 2 - 12 reps mid weight Set 3&4 - 8-10 reps max weight Standing calf raises: Set 1,2,3&4 - 25-30 Increase weight after each set

Sir...I am a fan of your teaching. You really explain the exercises in a very easy and in a relaxed manner. Very easy for anyone to grab the concepts. I would request you please come up with a video which could be used by anybody as the warm-up and cool down exercises.
