Anterior Pelvic Tilt is a postural problem which is common and can happen with anyone. The pelvic rotates forward due to long sitting hours, poor exercise technique and so many other reasons which forces your spine to curve. This happens as glutes and core muscles become week and hip flexors become tight.
In this video, I have shown a routine for How to Fix Anterior Pelvic Tilt in 15 Mins but you will have to follow this 2-3 times/week.

I had doing it for 12 days on a regular basis in starting its hard and my technique is like different as shown in video but after day by day I see visible change and getting pain but now I saw so much improvement may be if you have a large arc like me it take 2 months proper for a complete good posture (on daily basis )

🔥caution 🔥 I tried this excercise however, before commencing this excercise I didn't do warm-up. To my bad from next day i have had pain in my hip , unable to sit . I request those who want to try this kindly warm up your body or you may suffer some consequences.

I would say that any If any of u feel that there is a tilt then better check with doctor. As, i am a bit obase i am trying to reduce weight and not bothering about posture. Because I think due to fat deposit there can be a tilt like posture
