320克班兰叶,加420克水只取乙 混合并揉捏直至成为光滑的面团。混合并揉捏直至成为光滑的面团。 170克 绿豆 将浸泡2小时的绿豆沥干。3 班丹乐 用中火与香兰叶一起蒸30分钟至软。75克 红糖 当豆子还热的时候,加入糖和油。45克植物油 当豆子还热的时候,加入糖和油。

The recipe is detailed and good. I have tried but somehow the skin turn out to be yellowish instead of green. Yellowish is because if the potato. How to adjust the ratio in order get green skin 😊 green skin?

Hi, may i ask, how to prevent the blended pandan leave didnt taste bitter? Do you have any tips? 😊

To prevent the bitterness for other kuih, I usually leave the pandan juice overnight and pour away the top clear layer the next day when you want to use. However, this Pandan Angku Kuih recipe is fine as we do not cook the pandan juice on the same day. Cheers :)

Wan to confirm with you the total of pandan juice you use is 190 or 190 for the preprepare dough and another 90g pandan juice for the main dough .as in the above video you mention only need 190 pandan juice

Hi, thanks for asking. You can store the steamed kuih in airtight container in fridge for 2 to 3 days. Take out and steam for few minutes when want to eat. Cheers :)

Hi, yes you can. But, you have to adjust the ingredient of water and flour. I think there are recipes using only flour and pandan. Cheers :)
