Hi Ladies! I came back to this one today because my lower-body muscles were sore from a stair-climbing hike, but I craved some upper-body exercise. I often do your videos around 8:30 or 9 in the evening, because they help me get to sleep and sleep well a couple-few hours later. It's good exercise, plus your friendly personalities make me feel cheerful and wholesome as I wind down the day.

I had a frozen shoulder in August last year and slow but sure I'm getting better. My massage therapist helped me a lot she brought back my shoulder and she suggested to do some kind of exercises to keep it moving. So I'm so grateful to have found these yoga exercises. Thank you so much 🙏❤

I have just started attending chair yoga (this is a stretching class for the seniors aged 55++++) and I can tell you...I need to strengthen my entire body, along with the other people in this class. Thank you so much for these easy shoulder stretches and exercises. I had a double mastectomy a year and a half ago and kept up with my therapy exercises for the first year then quit doing it. My shoulders and arms have gotten so tight and sore for several months, I'm looking forward to doing your short workout every other day to get back to where i was before (pain free).

I always appreciate targeted routines. I knew all the moves but it was satisfying doing them in one package rather that scattershot within longer routines. I used 3 lb. weights since I didn't review this video first and didn't know what the moves were. I did use water bottles for the front raises (right rotator cuff is compromised). Since I've diligently worked on my shoulders and upper body, I didn't rush the reps but managed to complete between 12 and 13 reps within the time allotted. Next time...5 lb. weights since I've used them before for shoulder routines. I WILL be returning to this one often. Thank you, April, for coming up with this one. You never cease to amaze. I started my workout today with this one, which I I don't think I'd tried before, for upper body strength and added some old favorites for lower body strength and cardio for a total of about 40 minutes. I used 3-pound dumbbells in the first set and increased to 5-pound dumbbells for the second set. I get a big kick out of Aiko's facetious humor between about the 5:37 and 6:02 marks in the video (regarding keeping her arm straight)!🤣 (Feb. 4, 2024)
