This was so perfect and intentional. Thats one reason why I love practicing with you because you really allow moments of deep reflection for your students. You do not talk too much which can be distracting. Love ya bird

loved this. just what i needed for my low back. my lower back, my shoulders, and my solar plexus have been such a blocking point for me lately. this released some of that tensions there at the root/sacral. thank u

Inauguration Day 2021, and this was a gift for my lower back! I thought that I was subscribed, but I was not. I am now! I really noticed an imbalance whilst in shoelace, so I know that I need to focus on balancing the strength and stretch in my hips and hamstrings.

When she told us to lay on our backs, I laid down and my back popped so loud. I went, "HOLY CRAP! She knows how to make a back crack!" I don't need to go to the chiropractor anymore lol.
