Also I’d love to be a teacher but i just turned 40 and I’ve only been doing yoga for like 4 months so I’m not sure teaching is in my stars this time. I will be happy to learn from you and your legacies tho ❤

I’m 49 years old! You can be any age to do yoga and you don’t have to do these kinds of poses yoga can provide tools for healthy living in mind and body and connection🫶🏽

Really loved this! My yoga teacher repeatedly asked me to switch from crow pose to single leg crow and i had such a hard time until i broke my moonbone and now cant do any of my beloved arm balances anymore😢. (She was a great teacher to me though.) Do you know how i could train to do those with parallets? To me it is so much harder with those parallets since i cannot use my fingers to finely balance. Any tip is greatly appreciated !!❤

So strange how I can do single leg crow but I can't hold Pincha as graceful as you hahahahha. I definitely cant do crane. Well done!!! Beautiful poses
