Whenever your mind wanders .. try bringing it back to your breath...practice regularly.. practice more of yoga nidra .. Let your thoughts flow don't restrict them.. slowly you'll see changes..😇😇😇

Pls avoid Shikha... There's a separate sequence which can be done during periods... Pls check that

Nice session, but practically yogic breathing is tough breathe from clavicle, breathe from chest, from abdomen one by one is required lots of focus of mind and concentration. After lots of practice it may come.
