I think it's amazing you included the reasons why we have tight calves instead of jumping straight into it. I always wondered what caused me to have such tight calves! This flow was a lot harder than I expected, which was great. Just what I needed this morning :)

I really appreciate you talking about the different muscle groups. It helps me understand what is happening in my body and will allow me to reflect more on how I move in the future.

Did this practice twice this week to recover from a swollen achilles tendon and a pulled calf, and it works great! Thanks, Adell! You're a powerhouse.

love this! very focused on t=he mentioned areas and i can feel them working in a different way. I also really liked the initial exercises of the feet, we should do the more often as we dont normally pay to much attention to them or at least i dont do so very useful and well explained practice, thank you!

This was absolutely fantastic thank you so much - it's hard to find a yoga video that concentrates on calves! I'm really struggling with calf tightness and cramping every time I run so hoping this'll be the first step in getting that sorted :)

I dont have tight calves but i really loved this class and all the information that you share with us , and of course the flow is amazing and no doubt on the "this flow will make your booty strong !

wonderful practice, really quite challenging but i was very happy to put the time and dedication into my poor sore calves - will definitely put this into my rotation of yoga videos. love your videos

Thank you for the great flow although I kept losing my balance it felt great. I will definitely be doing this more often also I will keep working on spreading my toes didn't know how important it is.

I really needed this besides Shin Splints I have a torn meniscus and bad knees so this really helped my legs overall : thank you

This was painful and hard. My calves are so tight and I have arch pain and I couldn’t even hold these moves. This was brutal I’m confused this was just a straight workout
