Oh I knew it would be a bad/really good idea to do a yoga strong class with you!! it was so tough! But I love it! I'm planning on doing this 3-5 times a week when I don't have more time to do a longer practice bc it's short and intense. Thank you!

Hi Adell, Can you make a head stand for beginners tutorial?
@AdellBridges6 жыл бұрын
Hi! I have one headstand tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJuThaCjmKpqopY but admittedly it's in vertical format because I made it originally for my IGTV. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Adell, how about a flow or tutorial for all the extra eager yogis who are keen to get into forward bends with straight legs but only succeed in giving themselves low back pain no matter how much they try to “bend at the hips” !

Would you be able to do a class on how to open up your shoulders? I had surgery on my left one and ever since it has been really tight when trying to even do a downward dog let alone a bridge! Thank you! PS: This class? Awesome and so challenging!

I have discovered this video thanks to your newsletter received yesterday, it was amazing! A chance you could explain (in a Insta story maybe) how to achieve the 9:00 transition? Is it just a question of flexibility? Thanks for the amazing work you're sharing!

Definitely broke a sweat with this one 😝 hopefully it’ll get easier! I find that when I’m doing side plank on the left my side body feels very uncomfortable especially the hip area, do you have any idea why this could be? Also I’m enjoying everything you’re doing so far I like how creative your transitions can be (although challenging lol), just keep up the good work and thank you! X
@AdellBridges6 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I don't really know about the hip thing -- I wish I could help but without seeing you and how you're moving, it's hard for me to give a definitive answer. But this is the beauty of yoga -- it's an opportunity to learn about ourselves! I would suggest moving very slowly and deliberately in that area where it starts to feel uncomfortable and see if you can discover what is happening there. X

Any advice for over-stretched knees in upward planks? Something I could to as a variation until my muscles are strong enough to hold what my ligaments don't? Would be very thankful!
@AdellBridges3 жыл бұрын
Yes keep your knees bent and your feet flat. You can work up the hamstring strength by slowly straightening your legs and shifting weight to your heels, but not going all the way straight :-)
@AdellBridges3 жыл бұрын
And in fact, I'm actually putting a similar movement into an upcoming class :-)

Thank you very much for the class Adell !!!!! I have felt my internal muscles super weak and loose and I was delighted to be able to realize this to improve it !!! I love you and I love your yoga, thanks for this class that has made me question life!!! Jajajaj And I have a question, what do you recommend for the posture that you have one leg bent with your foot on the ground and the other stretched out, and you get up with your heel supported: it is impossible for me. I have tried to put a block on my ass to practice having 1. the strength to get up hahaha and 2. for the flexibility of my ankle? What do you recommend me? is that it is impossible not to lift the heel ... I can hardly with my body! I look like a flan. I am going to repeat this sequence for 21 days and the rest of my life !!! thank you very much, see you soon !!! 😘😘😘😘🙏✨🌊🌅🧡
