In 2013 I was attacked in my home suffering injuries that caused me to have to do physical therapy. I was then later diagnosed with fibromyalgia. My insurance didnt fully cover my recovery so I couldn't afford to finish my therapy. I was recommended yoga and this was the very first video I found that really helped with my shoulder and neck injuries along with my fibromyalgia. I dont know if the creator will see this but this video literally saved my health and helped me transition into the new me and I can't thank you enough.

I've been into pilates for awhile, and wanted to get into yoga. I tried several different channels, but none of them "clicked" with me. I have to say that this channel changed that. I look forward to doing yoga every day now! Thank you.

I have been suffering back pain as long as I can remember and went through surgery in Dec 2014. I have had really stiff back since and doing your yoga is the only thing that has helped. I have completed 4 sessions of this routine and guess what? No back pain this morning. Absolutely delighted. Bonus is your voice is not irritating to listen to as many others are. A massive thankyou Cole. Can't wait to progress to the next stage in yoga.

Cole is about the only online instructor I have patience for. The other ones talk and talk and talk and talk - ...... and if that isn't annoying enough they sound like they just took a Valium. Please make more videos Cole and thank you for the upbeat instruction.

I watched this video tonight and truth be told, this was the first time I've done yoga before ever. I just wanted to thank you for putting up this video. I followed along fairly easily and could do almost all of the poses. I'll be looking on this channel for more videos soon!

Thank you so much Cole for this flow. I had a sudden back spasm today and immediately was filled with fear from the extreme pain I experienced. I came home and searched for a yoga flow for back pain and just did this sequence and your 'Yoga for Back Pain - 30 minutes Back Stretch, Sciatica Pain & Flexibility' yoga video back-to-back. I feel soooooo much better and the pain relief is incredible. Your energy is so calming - I'm totally zenned out for my nap now lol Thank you for sharing this! Namaste!!!

This was a great series of poses for back pain. I also really liked that you filmed this one outdoors - for me, it makes a great difference to see outdoor scenery over an indoor one. It's more relaxing and sounds healthier. As a waitress and student with chronic upper back, neck, and shoulder pain, I thank you :) This video has been great and I plan to squeeze it in before most shifts. I find that doing it before work helps keep me much more mindful of my posture throughout my shift. Thanks girl :)

Great combination of stretches! I can't believe the pain has instantly subsided on just the first practice. Cole's voice is very soothing and her instructions are very clear and precise. Very inspirational. The best thing I've done to ease my back pain. I'll definelty be back for more!

I'm a type 1 diabetic and suffer from chronic colon inflammation !! If you can do some videos on bloating and diabetes if possible , would be great !! Thank you for the great back and neck videos! I would love to see more outdoor yoga videos. I practice outside, and it is great to have Cole instruct from a beautiful outdoor setting when weather doesn't permit me to practice in nature!

I am a newby and have no clue what I am doing, but I find these videos by her to extremely beneficial. I love the verbal cues about relaxing, breathing, along with keeping the pose and not relaxing from it. I suffered a pinched nerve in my shoulder and neck (not from yoga) and after the chronic pain was gone, I went back to her videos. The results are amazing. I did not ever go to the doctor. Yoga is my physical therapy. I am not encouraging people to not go to the doctor. I am just sharing my testimony. I also suffer from lower back pain and constant knots and tightness in my shoulders. These videos are amazing. Keep up the great work, Cole!

I have chronic neck and back pain due to an accident 5 years ago. I do not take medication aside from the occasional Advil. While looking into acupuncture I still need something on the daily basis to loosen the tension (especially after my weekend camping trips). Thank you for this video, this has been my favorite so far on my quest for yoga for neck/back pain. I will certainly be referring to this video often. Namaste.

I have such bad chronic pain all over my body and if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be able to survive. Your helping me live. The pain goes from a ten to a 6 or 7 most days. So it's bearable and not crippling like it could be. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this video. I was getting very sore, bunched shoulder muscles after doing longer runs (I'm training for half-marathon). I was taking diclophenac to get rid of the inflammation, but then I put two and two together and realised I needed to fix the problem, not the symptom! (duh). I realised that my posture during the run was very tense. Since doing your video numerous times, I am training my shoulders about what good posture feels like - and now am slowly getting used to a relaxed upper body when running. I no longer have the tension and pain. Thank you very much for your awesome video!

Hi Cole... I really enjoyed this, but then found out that whilst it may be good for most people with back pain, a lot of it isn't advised for people with disc issues, like me. I read that FORWARD back bending and twists can only make your disc issues worse and that flexion in the hips should be avoided too. Because of this I would LOVE it if you could create some routines for people with disc issues like myself; I had trouble finding whole routines done by anybody. Thanks a lot!

This is my new favorite yoga video!!! I'm only 18, and I've had issues with my neck and back since I was 10 years old. I'm not even in any sports, I'm just very small, my bones tend to shift a lot, I'm always tense, and plus I do a lot of theatre, which is much more active than people may think. I've been in and out of physical therapy for close to half of my life, but I just can't seem to strengthen my back and neck muscles enough to keep things from shifting out of place. And most yoga has a lot of twisting, which can cause vertebrae to shift, so I don't usually get to do a lot, but this helped me so much. Finally, some yoga that not only won't hurt me, but can actually help me. I'll definitely be checking out some more of your videos. Thank you so much!

i've had a kink in my left back/shoulder for years and nothing has ev er worked, yoga sessions, chiropractice, massages, stretches etc. But this yoga video works!!

I do your yoga routines every other day and they make me feel so much better! Thank you:) About the position @ 19:22, I simply cannot seem to be able to bend much at all towards my legs. It feels like my lower back does not bend at all in this position. Are there any of your videos that can help me with this? I can do all the other positions even in the other videos. Keep it up!!:)
