To iska असर jada hoga. Jo log regular yoga & madition krte h wo ye bat jarur jante honge. Ki maa प्रकृति humare liye kitna kuch krti h.

I m struggling for sound sleep from last 8 years n believe me ye worst conditions hai. I lost my memory n recalling power. It affect my productivity badly. I tried allopathy, Homeopathy n ayurvedic-medicine but still problem persist. Hope one day i will come out from it n will get sound sleep like i had jn my childhood.
