Whaoo.. Mam aapki puri team kitna aacha kam kr rhi h. MAA प्रकृती ke liye. M bi Three year's se regular yoga, meditation kr rhi hu. Ek bat or khna chaungi ki jis tarha se hum भगवान se koi wish मांगते h. Usi tarha se maa प्रकृति se bi maang ke dekhiye. Wo jarur puri hogi. Or agar hum YOGYA, MADITION ke bad koi wish mange h. To iska असर jada hoga. Jo log regular yoga & madition krte h wo ye bat jarur jante honge. Ki maa प्रकृति humare liye kitna kuch krti h.

I feel so relaxed, jb mene 1 step follow ki, aap ke jaise same posture me bethna, aur head move krna, itna relax feel hua na, bahut jada, sach me, thanku very much. Baise ye word bahut chota hai, but u nd your team and all of us alwayz live healthy.

Hare Krishna Satvic Family. I am proud to say that I learned Yoga from Radhikaji during 21 days of the Yoga channel in January 2022. I am super happy to practice yoga by watching the youtube videos of Radhikaji. I totally follow Satvic Lifestyle which I have learnt in various workshops conducted by Satvic Movement. I wish to make a humble request to remove the ads from the all Yoga which come in between the videos. They are distractions. Please place ads before starting the videos, so that your revenue continues.

I am very grateful to this channel for being a turning point in my life I didn't know that whenever there would be a talk of my health transformation story, satvic movement channel's name would be at the top of the list Really really thank you so so so much for changing my life.. try sunflower seeds most protein rich food with very less cholesterol .... eat after soaking in water for couple of hours......take more sprouts ...

First thing is sleep properly so that you don't feel sleepy. Second priortize your work to get a proper output... everyone's body type is different and some may not be able to manage 4 hours of sleep.

I m struggling for sound sleep from last 8 years n believe me ye worst conditions hai. I lost my memory n recalling power. It affect my productivity badly. I tried allopathy, Homeopathy n ayurvedic-medicine but still problem persist. Hope one day i will come out from it n will get sound sleep like i had jn my childhood.
