Really appreciate these workouts. Been doing 2 a day 3/4 times per week for about 2 months now while i do keto to try and keep the muscle while i lose weight. Thanks for the clear explanations and modifications. There's no chair pose in this vid but it's the thumbnail, btw.

I have been having the worst hips and ankle pain in the last year and this really helped me ease the pain because of how simple the guidance was and not many poses involved. I really would love a video for lunge beginners experiencing pain in the hips and behind the bottom glute when in a lunge or sitting cross legged, my low back kills and knees and hips hurt whenever I sit crossed legged even when I sit on a yoga block, I’m 28 and feel 60 because I can’t do these simple poses 😅
