I have been doing yoga on and off for years... I never come across to your yoga postures and Im so glad I found your videos. I feel stressful and exhausted. I was searching for something that will cool my mind and gives relaxation, and this yoga totally helps. I feel the pain in my back bone and neck. It's my second day with your videos.
