Today was a really tough day for me, my stress level was over 70 before practice, and down to 20 after practice, thank you so much🙏🙏🙏

I have been doing yoga on and off for years... I never come across to your yoga postures and Im so glad I found your videos. I feel stressful and exhausted. I was searching for something that will cool my mind and gives relaxation, and this yoga totally helps. I feel the pain in my back bone and neck. It's my second day with your videos. The past few months have been bad, mentally and physically and choosing to draw my focus to meditate has been so hard. But after this session I’ve felt peace even if it has been as long as 22 mins, compared to months of chaos. Thank you for that 😊❤
