There are modifications and levels for each pose! Were there any in particular that were challenging. I'd love to offer variations that work for you! These were just 1 of many ways to do these.

@@KateAmberYoga I think I can apply these. I’ve been an athlete for many years. I can say that I have this flexible memory and mindset however I didn’t do them often before and because of that while trying those moves I don’t want to over push myself that’s why I asked. Maybe as you said I can try new variations. Or same moves but slowly. I also want to ask something :) I want to apply some simple techniques while I’m at university or on a train, cafe, office (e.g) but in a such basic and short way to relax and to release tension. Do you have any suggestions for that? Because sometimes we can get inflexible on a specific moment that we can’t do every move such as after an hard exam or job appointment, break time on school after an intense lecture. And it can also affect our mentality, I think stretching can really help for these moments. Thank you for your help and response. 🙏🏻☀️😃
