PCOS is a common ailment of our modern-day society where stress levels are high and lifestyles are devoid of both healthy activities and time for relaxation. I myself had PCOS for many years before it changed when yoga came into my life. The key differentiator between Yoga and any other physical activity is the focus on stress management and impact on our nervous system.
Stress is now known as the root cause of Polycystic Ovaries and that’s why Mindful Yoga Practices have been found very effective in managing this condition along with diet and exercise. Mindful movement is the intention behind this class where I take you through a complete yoga flow where we maintain strong breath and body awareness.

I haven't done yoga in like 3-4 years so getting back into it was super hard for me, but this video was relaxing, informative and very helpful. I felt like I was in an actual class and I felt like I was able to actually listen to my body. Please make more videos especially with more yoga for PCOS!

Hi, you can certainly do these daily but it is always better to have variety in your practice and compliment this routine with other practices as well.

Hi Teesha, It is important to have diversity in our fitness routine or yoga practice. You can do this class twice a week and support it with other activities or yoga classes.
