I would not believe these simple stretches could do so much of I hadn't tried them. I've been having excruciating lower back pain work my period for the 1st time ever for the last 3 days. I could barely walk and a lot of simple moves caused unexpected agony. I tried Panadol ultra, Aleve and Advil liquigels over the past few days. None of them gave me any relief. And after 3 mins.... I'm amazed and saving this video. Thank you so much

Dr Asiakale you are indeed God sent, I usually have a very painful flow ever since I was 17years old, I have tried using different drugs but the pains doesn't stop nor go, I have been living with it and managing with the pain each time my monthly circle comes but ever since last year December when I started using your herb the pains has been subsided and I feel better and comfortable each time my flows comes now. Everyone these stretches are a miracle. My pain is so bad that is causes me to be bed ridden for a couple of days... and other gross no no’s. Then I do these stretches, even at my most painful, basically right when I discover I’m on my period and my pain is either gone or SUPER minimal. I still take medicine too of course. I will warn you that these stretches don’t work for everyone. Me and my sister both are flexible dancers and the stretches don’t work for her unfortunately.

I am always in a lottt of pain, today is my first heavy day which is the worst. I decided to suck it up and jist try it since I'm home and not at work bc of the lockdown. I just did this 3 times and it helped sooo much! Most of the pain has reduced but I can deal with what is left. Thank you!

Well...just experienced really bad cramps. Like really bad. And just woke up. Wasn't able to understand what to do. I thought to visit doctor instantly. Somehow I managed to stood up and got ready however, at the last I thought to check KZbin, and came accross this. I'm doing these yoga, feeling better. Thank you.

These are seriously miracle i was having terrible cramps and after doing the first asan my cramps were a little bearable and doing it for 10 to 15min made me finally feel a bit relaxed ❤❤❤❤

mmunch Yeah that’s what I heard but I think it’s kinda to do with how bad your period is because I’m perfectly able to exercise whilst being on my period but if your period is really bad it’s pretty much better to just stay in bed but I’m not a professional so I wouldn’t know

I havent had period through few years due to ed. Now it came back and i feel like home. Also i remember watching this vid back in the days while i had MASSIVE cramps, i was having very severe periods when younger. So,here we go again 😅 it's better now but i still need some relief❤

If you're experiencing severe pain that limits you from doing basic daily activities then please take medication as advised by your obs-gyn doctor. Never push your body to do something. Know your limits.
