I would not believe these simple stretches could do so much of I hadn't tried them. I've been having excruciating lower back pain work my period for the 1st time ever for the last 3 days. I could barely walk and a lot of simple moves caused unexpected agony. I tried Panadol ultra, Aleve and Advil liquigels over the past few days. None of them gave me any relief. And after 3 mins.... Everyone these stretches are a miracle. My pain is so bad that is causes me to be bed ridden for a couple of days... and other gross no no’s. Then I do these stretches, even at my most painful, basically right when I discover I’m on my period and my pain is either gone or SUPER minimal. I still take medicine too of course. I will warn you that these stretches don’t work for everyone. Me and my sister both are flexible dancers and the stretches don’t work for her unfortunately.

I am always in a lottt of pain, today is my first heavy day which is the worst. I decided to suck it up and jist try it since I'm home and not at work bc of the lockdown. I just did this 3 times and it helped sooo much! Most of the pain has reduced but I can deal with what is left. Thank you!

Well...just experienced really bad cramps. Like really bad. And just woke up. Wasn't able to understand what to do. I thought to visit doctor instantly.
