This full class is designed to support the energetics of the body, boost circulation, and guide you back to a whole & healthy state of being. With a special focus on hip release and abductor work to support the back, this session offers an opportunity to reset. In an effort to feel whole, put the pieces together, and experience powerful renewal.
Expect an integrated practice of guided breathwork, therapeutic repetition, intentional yoga asana to bring warmth and build strength, as well as philosophy to assist you in the process of practicing yoga off the mat and in your daily life.

I’m glad I made time to do today’s practice even if if it was a bit longer. Last night I had a panic attack in front of my partner, and I was feeling embarrassed and bad after it, and even this morning, but now I’m feeling I need to be more gentle with myself. Thank you for this practice today. I feel a little more held.

Thank you Adriene, my body feels so much better now. I feel refreshed, renewed, and ready to go now. It was so nice, to be doing this practice as the sun, was rising today. (TW miscarriage) I did this as a part of get to know June 24 and this felt so good. I found out that I am pregnant three days ago and I had a miscarriage before so I'm absolutely terrified it's gonna happen again. The sirens are going off a lot is what I'm saying. That last part helped me so much and I'm going to remember that when I'm anxious and afraid again.

I've done this practice many times, so today I decided to try something new. I took my yoga mat out to my covered balcony and completed it outside during a thunderstorm. I can't even describe what the sounds and smell of the rain did for me. This was the most at peace I have felt in a long time. It may have been extremely humid and I may have sweat way more than usual, but there was something so right about bringing renewal to myself while the rain brought renewal to the earth.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but at the bottom of the video right next to CC click that little play button to slide to pause and another video won't start after, so you can meditate for a while. Just learned this! LOL

The 45 minute practices are never as difficult as I think they will be. Lovely pace and feeling of renewal. And did I hear Adriene's heartbeat toward the beginning? So soothing and connected.

I saw the length of this practice and immediately did not want to do it. I have a lot going on currently and have been in a pretty bad mental state recently, but I convinced myself to do it because I always feel so good after a practice. After checking to see how long was left and wanting to give up a few times, I managed to finish the practice strong and feel just as good as I knew I would. Thanks to Adriene and the thousands of people that were practicing at the same time as me. 💕

ROOT 🌳 | April 15, 2023 | Back again for this lovely flow, one day early as I'm flying on the day this is on the calendar and I have more time today. So I'm swapping so I can enjoy day 14 after a long travel day! We get a workout with this one, but the yummy stretches are well worth it! 🙏

As odd as it might sound, this practice really gave me the sense of not being alone. Especially at the end, with the talk of sirens which are all too familiar in the world at present. 1 year yoga-versary today with Yoga With Adriene! Thank you for supporting and fostering this community, and for being with us all through one of the toughest years. This daily practice has helped me through working as an "essential worker" during the height of the pandemic, to moving overseas for my education - all the while providing the stress & anxiety relief I needed to persevere, or even sometimes just to get out of bed each day. Does doing it for this many days increase your mental clarity/decrease anxiety? I'm feeling a huge amount of anxiety at the minute and I've missed all 5 days so far. Gonna roll out my mat inamin and get it done

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Bloom Day - 11 was substituted for Quick Restore. It was the session I needed and the one I had time for. "The quality time you spend with yourself improves the quality of time and relationships with others. "That really resignated with me. Now, I am calm and balanced. I resisted the urge to look at my watch ⌚️in order to be in the present moment. Thank God for yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ which truly curves anxiety. Best wishes, everyone!🦋 ♥️🦋

It is the holidays and I have been helping my folks. Found a minute to rewrite an essay late tonight and then did my morning practice around 9:30. This was so perfect and so self-nurturing. It would be a great one to do regularly if you are doing some caretaking.

As a senior yogi, I rarely do a full class, but in honour of my love for you Adriene and your amazing yoga, I breathed through, found my edge and kept safe. Some of those gate moves and downward dogs were quite challenging, I almost gave up, but my strength building paid off. I’m going to relax today here in England on our Easter Monday. The weather’s turned cold and wintery, but feeling renewed and proud to be part of our yoga community 🤗🙏see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

🌼TGIF🌼Very wet here in UK. Just how spring should be☔🌧️🌧️☔March Motivate Day 31:03:03✅. I did it! 455 days of yoga in a row. I'm so grateful. Thank you ❤️❤️ Adriene, Sweet Benji and YWA family for a wonderful motivating practice ...I feel very renewed and slowly energised in my mind, body and soul afterwards.... it's been fun and I am now in recovery from a major wisdom tooth extraction that lasted the whole day with 3 dental surgeons now in huge pain but thanks for this practice and an👌🏾 reminder that I am strong! Your words of encouragement are so uplifting reassuring feeling so relieved and more at peace. Yoga is indeed very therapeutic. A lovely Friday to you all... Namaste🙏🏾💜💝🌺🌺💝

Stuck on a decision, I took a break from my work desk and what practice pops up but this one. Oh the Universe has a great sense of timing. Wonderful flow, beautifully tied into the subtle mental/spiritual/energetic aspects. Thank you.

I needed to join all our beautiful yoga friends to do this full practice. As a senior yogi with arthritis, I needed to adjust and modify a little to keep safe in 3 legged dogs for example, and took a short rest instead of cobras, but I really enjoyed the stretchy table top gate poses, so good for my flexibility in the hips. So I’m feeling tired but totally refreshed and positive, an awesome mindful sequence Adriene, feeling the love 🤗😊 see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️🙏💕

This is going to sound weird, but I really didn’t want to do this practice this morning even though I’m not in a lot of pain, just feeling weak and fragile (not weird yet),but I put it on to just do the first part. I didn’t read your comment like I normally do before I do the practice or not. I was actually pretty self-centered this morning in my pity party of one. When I got to the part I wanted to quit I heard what I imagined to be your voice and supportive words telling me to peddle it out during 3 legged hell hound , and go rest in child’s pose. I was able to do the whole practice and I’m so grateful your spirit was with me and I could do it until the end. I thought of you doing this even with your arthritis edit kept me going. Here’s the weird part, When I read your comment I was like “oh my gosh I totally felt that we were doing the practice together and I saw an extra yogi 🧘🏻, like I was there too in your practice today too! I’m sending healing energy for you to feel as good as possible today 🤍

I put this longer practice off till late this evening. I am on the coast on holiday and had showered before recalling I had not done yoga this morning. I decided then that I would just wait until the night. A bit harder doing so. Seems it was easier for me before earlier in the day. See you tomorrow!

Laura that is awesome ! I was thinking of you as I was peddling and resting. I felt the same, like giving up but so glad I didn’t as it’s very satisfying sharing that lovely cool down at the end. I missed one day of doing yoga or stretches for the first time this year yesterday. Renewal was very much needed. Not simply a renewal of body movement, but a renewal of mind movement and spiritual willingness. My soul needed this time. Thank you!

Made it to the floor late today after enjoying another day, albeit a rainy one, on the coast. I did see something this evening I had never seen before: a cat lying on the sandy beach not far from where the waves were crashing in. Reset day 25. 356 days in a row.

I am reminded of the month of Move (January 2022) in this session. It was the first month I finally managed to stick to a daily practice. It was with serious gratitude to this community and love from them that I made it through. I am proud to have moved and shared breath with thousands of people around the world. I’d never felt so connected to anything in my life. I can’t remember what day it happened, but I remember at the end of a session, amongst the live chat, someone had mentioned hearing Adriene’s heartbeat. I was a little sad at the time because I completely missed it. There was a quick conversation about it that sort of led me to feel like it was almost a right of passage to hear her heartbeat in a video. Well today I finally heard/noticed it! It actually made me cry. This video is now very special to me and I will return to it often. On top of that feeling of connection, this is the first class I managed to make it through with little to no variations. I am not hating on variations, but I am DAMN proud of myself right now for the progress I am feeling and seeing. Embody, 2022. Day 78 down. Forever to go. I miss you guys. Remember to drink some water today. All my love. 🖤 Thank you so much Adriene. I am slowly but surely brightening my inner light again.

This one may just have jumped up my my list of favorites. I can really feel the improvement regular practice has made. I experienced less tightness but more flexibility than the two previous times this past year. Embody day 20. 532 days in a row.

Blessed my dear yogi friend! I showed up super late today. I truly adore this practice too. I fell asleep 😴 at the end. I was so relaxed. Now, I'm gearing up for calisthenics, weight 💪🏾 training and a 🏃🏿‍♀️ run. I'm going to return to morning workouts soon. I hope to see you tomorrow. Namaste and Ase! 🦋❤🦋

This is just what my body needed today! It's mud season here in Vermont and my car is parked 1.5 miles from my home. Trudging through the mud is hard work and hard on my knees and hips. After today's practice I feel I can do anything!! Thank you, Adriene!

Not gonna lie, the second half of the practice gave me a taste of humility and was hard for me, but previously i used to fast forward the videos and decide in my head, that this isnt possible for me, but adriene has engraved the most beautiful language in my life lately and i heard myself say today ‘ give your thinking mind a break’ and so even if it was hard for me, i took a step forward and that in itself is a sign of strength which i am so grateful to adriene for! Thankyou so so so so much adriene! I love you and benji with all my heart, i hope you read this or my gratitude reaches you someway♥️😘

I am struggling so much right now with depression and body dysmorphia. I started this practice feeling so low almost crying at the start, but the practice went quickly and distracted me from my feelings for a bit. Thank you for everything you do Adriene.

🧘‍♀️ Stay on the mat with us each day. Breathe. That entity we call the mind is a recording made through habit and experience. It is a lifetime process so be patient. Breathe. Turn a little bit each time from the thoughts. Smile a little bit even if it tells you you do not feel like it.The true you is wonderful and beautiful even if the program that is running tries to say otherwise. 💜🙏

The longest practice I have done in a while. The tops of my legs, the left especially, tightened and sometimes locked up. Otherwise, I am feeling good. Wonder day 29. 1181 days.
