Hey, I've been doing "grow after 18" stretches for few days, (evening and before bedtime). I hope seeing a good result, now 5'3 (160cm) and goal to be 5'7 (170cm). In coming this may, I'm turning 23. Hopefully by that time 2 inches on my set goal. And eventually another 2 inches.. Is that possible to increase our leg length by doing these stretches?
