I know exactly what you mean, in my own way, I also lost my daughter almost 2 yrs ago now and she still reaches me through songs, colors, phrases, etc. The timing sometimes is everything, too. Thank you for sharing ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹. Take good care.

Dear Ayla! It was such a deep experience. My son was wailing in the living room while I was trying to rest (he was looked after by my husband 😊), but I felt so much frustration I wanted to get up and stomp, but I decided to laugh and my neck has released a lot of tension, and then later anger at a suggestion of the meditation. Glad I have experienced peace and joy too and washed all my stress in the waterfall. I can deal with the situation now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

@@elenawilmott5119 you can repeat any of these nidra practices as much as you like. every time you do it you’ll have a new experience. i’m my playlists i have the nidra/nsdr practices broken down into different lengths of time. so if you would prefer to do ones between 30-40minutes that might be a great place for you.

The sound of this phrase/mantra (Hari Om Tat Sat) is used to awaken one to their highest self. Often, even if you have fallen asleep, this phrase will bring you back to full awareness. There are a number of ways to interpret this phrase… ‘all that is’ ‘absolute truth’, ‘ultimate reality’. It acts as a reminder that we are not limited to the material world. 🖤✨ Thank you for asking.

I loved the begging of this meditation. I was floating. I was totally thrown out of it when you kept coming back to anger. Is there a way to know which meditations do that so if they are not helpful one can avoid them? Have really loved some of your other ones.

I understand anger is a difficult emotion to sit with and yet, it is a powerful teacher. Unfortunately, tailoring a playlist which avoids any particular emotion would not be in alignment with the practice. Please know I share this with love and I realize how hard it can be to feel a certain way. I am proud of you for getting through the practice and I hope if it comes up again for you in the future... you will already be more prepared. 🖤✨
