Join Kristyn in this deep dive full length yoga nidra practice for letting go. In this 50 minute experience, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state and invited to connect to the wisdom of Autumn and to embrace the natural changes occurring in the environment all around you. This practice is designed to help you create a deep sense of emotional resiliency so that you can feel empowered to let go of anything that's no longer needed, anything that's holding you back, weighing you down, knowing that it is safe for you to let go. Just like to trees let go of their leaves in the Fall, releasing the weight of the past, you too can let go and release all of that energy to return back to yourself, the same way the trees return all of that energy back home to their root system.
This practice invites you to observe all the ways in which Mother Nature accepts, surrenders, and let's go, with the deep knowing that in every experience of letting go, there is a creation of space for something new, a new beginning. Although sometimes the most challenging, this moment is a critical step in any journey of transformation. Relax into the knowing that there is nothing that you need to do, simply relax back and listen. Be invited to let go, if and when, you feel ready. This practice invites you to reveal what you feel called to let go of, and to harness a deep sense of Ishvara Pranidhana, Surrender. Developing trust that the universe will provide all that you need and the rest will fall away. It's okay to let go. It's okay to be free.
Yoga Nidra is a completely effortless form of guided meditation that carries you through the different brainwave states that we naturally experience when we go to bed at night. Only here, we can get there in just a couple of minutes. Imagine your most healing, powerful, peaceful state of relaxation discovered in just a couple of minutes. In the deepest brainwave states there is an acute sense of awareness still present, a peaceful state where one might feel blissful, floating between a state of waking and sleeping. This practice is sometimes referred to as 'wakeful sleep' or 'conscious sleep'. Emerge feeling rested, rejuvenated, and with a deep sense of resiliency.

I loved the experience of being a dandelion surrendering its seeds in a gentle puff of wind, standing on the path in the rain forest looking up at the leaves floating down, the trust of "I've got you", and this entire beautiful presence filled journey of letting go.

One Love Kristyn Rose .I am 3 days into weaning off depression meds and anxiety. The thought of doing this without the help of you .AllyB .and Tina and especially your gifts and blessings of Yoga Nidra would be too daunting for me last year this time. I AM Letting Go and Coming Home. God Bless you❤

Dear Kristyn, I have been gratefully using your recording for a week now every two days and it has been helpful at days in which I felt either overwhelmed by accidental circumstances or my work as a teacher with 150 teenagers at a large school with around 100 colleagues. Even though this job is my passion and it gives me a lot too, the side effect of working in a secondary school (IT, schedules that are changed and so on) can be quite stressful and therefore cause the feeling of a full mind and feeling disconnected from the ‘self’. Thank you so much for your beautiful words and voice which are exactly what I need at those particular days ❤. Bless you and kindest regards from the Netherlands.

Thank you, Kristyn 🙏🙏🙏 I went so deep with this one. And it's so important to let go: I also loved the breathing: 'I am', 'Letting go'. The one part of the sentence the permanence, the second the changing of things, coming back to the permanence of being, and the letting go of what no longer is serving. I also love the energy getting back to the roots. I loved the stillness at the end and went from dream/deep sleep straight into turya. Amazing. Thank you so much! 🙏🩷🙏🩷🙏

This is so beautiful Kristyn. I listened to it yesterday and again today and feel I will return to it for several more days. It is resonating so much at this time for me as a romantic relationship has ended suddenly. My children have also both left home and I am just feeling that life is changing so much. Plus of course it is the season of letting go. I feel sad but not in a hopeless way. This is so helpful to me right now. Thank you.❤

I'm not kidding when I say this. This could be one of the best Yoga Nidra I've ever done. Not only was I conscious but under for the entire thing, but when I came out of it, I was energized and I felt something that I never felt before. And then I went and treated myself to sweets. went for a run. Did all my singing. Played bass guitar for a long time. I am so inspired right now. And I think that this taught me that when I am trying to up level in my life, it's the long Yoga Nidra that I need. Short is good for when I need to wake up a little bit or when I'm feeling a little bit off. But this time, I just wanted to go all in and this Yoga Nidra wouldn't stop pulling at me. I loved it! I've also been doing Yoga Nidra since 2014.

I have been doing this one daily since you posted it. So nourishing and soothing. Could you do a pelvic floor video some time. I am in perimenopause and experiencing issues with a tight pelvic floor. I need some help in that area.Namaste 🧘‍♀

That was beautiful Krysten! I in the tropics where there are only wet and dry seasons so sometimes I don’t feel connected to cycles. And I’ve been traveling so disrupted from having a home. This was focusing and calming.
